Last week, Shopify released Inbox, an evolution of their existing products Ping & Chat.
Only, Inbox has a much bigger ambition. And by including it within the store admin, Shopify has made their customer conversations product a default option for every ecommerce store on their platform.
At DelightChat, our mission is to help D2C brands talk to their customers easily, no matter where they are. And Shopify's Inbox has sent us into a serious lurch.
The truth is, I don't know the answers to these questions.
Here's what I do know:
Instead of being afraid of this turbulence in our journey, we are going to embrace it and tackle it head-on.
